Upper Highway Hardest Mile 2026

Join The Iron Movement Winston Park, for the Hardest Mile and help them raise funds to send their South African OCR Team to World Champs in China!

The Hardest Mile is:

  • 400m of Burpee Broad Jumps
  • 400m of Walking Lunges
  • 400m Bear Crawl
  • 400m Farmer Carry
The event can be done as an INDIVIDUAL for the super tough, in PAIRS for those that prefer some company to suffer with or as a TEAM of 4 for a very achievable goal with your friends.
We’ve also got a beginner INDIVIDUAL course for those that prefer to work alone but need something a bit easier than the standard course. 400m of Sprawl Steps, 400m Sled Pull, 400m Bag Carry and 400m Run.
