Known for its functional and beautiful design the Mercedes-Benz brand is constantly evolving and improving its already admired vehicle design. On Saturday the 14th of March their popular B-Class vehicle will be revealed to the public at a special ‘facelift’ launch event hosted by local Umhlanga-based dealership NMI-DSM.
The B-Class is ideal for those who lead an active and outdoor lifestyle and the newly upgraded version epitomises all an active individual would need. With LED high performance headlamps giving off a more powerful light, a larger display, keyless start button, collision prevention assist and an overall sportier look the B-Class is now even more equipped to handle all that life throws at you. The Durban public will be able to test-drive the face-lifted vehicle from Saturday onwards and experience these, and other, new features of the vehicle first-hand.
Also part of Saturday’s experience, will be big golfing brands Adidas and TaylorMade who will also have their latest gear ready to test-drive on the day. And to further highlight the B-Class adventurous lifestyle, is one of the leading names in mountain biking, PYGA Industries, who will be on hand to showcase their impressive bikes with two of their riders performing exciting technical displays at 10:00am and 12:00pm on Saturday at the dealership.
“What better way to reveal our newly facelifted B-Class than by showing our customers how much they will be able to do with this improved model. The updated and additional features will make for an overall better driving experience that is perfectly suited to the active lifestyle that many of our customers enjoy. The B-Class is the most reliable vehicle to handle life’s many adventures! Partnering with other big name brands like Adidas, TaylorMade and PYGA who are synonymous with adventure and being at the forefront of their industry, was an obvious fit. PYGA will be showcasing their OneTen29 custom build bikewhich will be on display at the ‘face-lift’ event for mountain bike enthusiasts to see, mounted of course on the back of the very impressive 2015 B-Class,” said Jarryd Smith, Marketing Manager for Mercedes-Benz Umhlanga.
Likewise PYGA Industries were excited at the opportunity to partner with Mercedes-Benz in celebrating the improved B-Class. “As one of South Africa’s top mountain bike brands PYGA has a similar philosophy to Mercedes-Benz. We also focus on design that is clear, calm, and consistent, yet emotional and highly sensuous. In essence, both Mercedes-Benz and PYGA Industries create functional pieces of art,” said Patrick Morewood, Founder of PYGA Industries.
Mercedes-Benz has officially launched the newly revamped B-Class in March 2015 and it is on sale now. Interested customers are encouraged to contact the Umhlanga dealership on 031 567 1000 for ordering information.
