That’s right folks! There is a new stage in town and it’s looking for musicians, bands, artists and general musically inclined friends!
Happy Hippo Backpackers situated just behind the iconic Ushaka Marine World are opening their Rooftop Bar and Stage over to local artists who need a place to gig it out! They are looking for bands and artists who would like to be play to both the local and international guests, considering that that they cater to people from all over the globe. The stage available is on a slightly elevated platform and is inside near the bar, preventing any issues on rainy days. The Rooftop Bar opens up onto a large open sky terrace where friends, family, and Durbanites can chill out with a drink in hand and catch a tan! Come straight off the beachfront or off your board and hang out with talented artists and locals. In order to make this happen they are looking for the hottest of upcoming Durban talent, we need the Durbanites!
