We are now at the halfway point of the 12 week challenge at Getfit Morningside and it has been intense! After 6 weeks, it does get a bit easier, until you get hit with a SWEAT session!
I completed the 6 week fitness test and surprised myself with the results, making it into the top 7 out of all of the males participating. I completed 228 reps across 10 exercises in 10 minutes. Next up came the assessments. Over the past couple weeks, I have made good progress but i still have a long way to go, remember, abs are made in the Kitchen!
If you are planning on doing the challenge, you must stick with the diet plan provided, these guys know what they are talking about and really want you to succeed!
