📞 How do I reach the partner to make a booking?
You’ll find the partner’s contact info right on your voucher — this may include a phone number, email, or booking link. If you don’t hear back immediately, give it another try — they’re usually excited to book you in!
📆 What if I miss my appointment or need to cancel?
Life happens! Please contact the partner as soon as possible — each one has their own cancellation policy. Letting them know in time helps you avoid losing your voucher.
