Durbanite Deals – Refund & Support Policy

At Durbanite, we work hard to bring you unbeatable local offers through our Durbanite Deals platform. While we strive to ensure every experience goes smoothly, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines how we handle issues, and what to do if you need support with a voucher you’ve purchased.
1. General Policy
Because our deals are deeply discounted and run for a limited time:
● All purchases are considered final, and refunds are not automatically issued.
● That said, if something genuinely prevents you from redeeming your voucher — like the business being closed or unreachable — we’re here to help.
2. Voucher Validity & Usage
● Each voucher comes with a clear validity period, booking instructions, and any block-out dates.
● It’s important to use your voucher within that window — expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.
● All bookings are handled directly with the partner business listed on your voucher.
3. When Things Don’t Go to Plan
We want you to enjoy every deal you buy. If you’re struggling to redeem your voucher due to:
● A business no longer operating, or
● A partner refusing to honour a valid voucher Then please reach out to us at support@durbanite.co.za. We’ll do our best to look into the situation and help resolve it.
While we can’t guarantee a refund or credit, we do investigate each issue fairly and will let you know what’s possible.
4. No-Shows, Cancellations & Expiry
● If you miss your booking or cancel too late, your voucher may be forfeited in line with the partner’s policy.
● Durbanite cannot intervene in no-shows or late cancellations, as each partner sets their own terms.
