Would love to take part in the challenge to Get Fit and in shape for my wedding in September. I participated in the Get Fit Challenge in 2015 and had an amazing experience and had great results, so would love to shed those extra Kgs. PMB.

Been dying to do the challenge but financially I just won’t be able too. This can change my life!

I’d love to win this fab prize, as I’m on a mission to get my self sorted in time for my 30th in July. I’ve been so slack with getting into a workout routine, and a healthy eating routine, and with this landmark birthday just around the corner, I’m suddenly desperate to sort this fitness thing out! I live nearest to the Gillitts branch, so that would be my choice!

  6. Kaylin Boucher

    5 May 2016 at 9:31 am

Oh yes please. This would be amazing to shed a few extra kilos, but also because fitness is a way of life not just weight loss program. Healthy eating and exercise is the way to go. Westville branch would be great to do this challenge. #Feelinglucky #yesplease #getfit

I really really REALLY would love to win this prize. I recently had a baby and although I have lost the baby weight I need to tone up and transform my post baby body. It would be great to do something just for me.

There’s no better time to build a summer body than in winter! So I would like to win this challenge to get fitter and healthier and challenge myself to lose the extra kgs and keep them off through the colder months! The Umhlanga branch has an awesome vibe and the people are amazing to train with so I definately would chose there 🙂

I would really love to win this, I’ve tried gyming and green juicing but nothing seemed to help. I’ve been trying for the past 4 years to get rid of the baby weight….. umhlanga branch

  12. Mignon Brooks

I would love to win this prize to regain the body I had befor my career intercepted my once fitness driven lifestyle. As a female it is exceptionally challenging to juggle it all, be a home maker, have a successful professional career and still find time to remain fit and active. Suddenly out of nowhere I realised that I have been so consumed with work and lost sight of everything else I enjoyed. To top it off the big three zero is approaching this year in October and to be honest I need a kick up the backside, I simply can not enter my thirties looking like this! Having been an avid crossfit and kettle bells member I know that group training like the Getfit challenge is exactly what I need. It will envoke my competitive spirit and get my ass into gear! Pmb would be great for me.

I should win this prize because I deserve something awesome!
I am constantly on the go. I am a full time mom to two kids aged 3 and 2 years. Full time job. Full time partner to an incredible man. Exercise releases endorphin’s. And the good Lord knows I could use a some of those! I’d love to promote a healthy way of life for my daughters. Exercising and eating correctly are such important factors to leading a healthy, long life. I’ve also been running 3 – 4 times a week. But it just isn’t enough. I’m trying to train to run the Two Oceans Half Marathon in 2018. I would love to become part of the Morningside GetFit family!

  14. Sarah Lichkus

FYI I need this prize in my life at the Morningside Getfit. It would be the right thing to do. The end 😉

I want to win this competition because I know I can and will give 100% in the challenge. I have a hunger to change and improve myself. I need this for myself… There is nothing like being comfortable in your own skin #youlookgoodyoufeelgood I’d like to do the challenge in Umhlanga or Durban north. Doesn’t matter. I just want it.

  17. Tyrone

    5 May 2016 at 5:48 pm

Who doesn’t want to get fit? I have seen some of the results from Getfit and they are amazing, so i definitely need to get fit and into shape, especially as an asthmatic. Lets do this at gillies 😉

  18. Anrea

    5 May 2016 at 7:27 pm

I’m entering on behalf of my mother, who has been trying for years to lose weight through dieting, using multiple internal and external products, gyming has often has she can etc. She has spent so much of money , yet no results. She has given up and lost her self esteem, confidence and plain down feels fat and unchangable .I see the sadness in her eyes. She is also diabetic and has her own many challenges that beats her down. She just had her 44th birthday but she lost hope in her appearance. If only she gets this opportunity, maybe it would change her in so many ways and build her self-esteem I just want her to be happy. Please consider her for the Ballito Branch

I had always wanted to join the get fit challenge. I have seen the amazing transformations from friends that have entered. Their progress over the 12 weeks is just incredible and they were so full of energy. I am passionate about fitness but of late my flame has fissled a bit and winning a challenge would be the ultimate kick start to get me back on track. I would love not only to participate in the challenge but go out, give 110% and Win Win Win. I often drive pass the morningside venue and think “that should be me in there”. Whoohooo go Morningside.

My head and my heart are at war..
My head looks in the mirror and is disappointed by “how I’ve let my self go” ..
My heart sometimes needs comfort and turns to food.

I’ve always been active, adventurous and interested in exercise. The Get Fit challenge is something I’ve always wanted to do,but could never afford.

Now more than ever I need to get my life in shape.
After recently being left heart broken, I now need to believe in my self again.
I need to feel the way I always did.. full of life, passionate and inspired. Get fit would not only help me get back on track .. it would help set the president for my future.

I am desperate for not only a healthy present, but also a healthy forever.
Get fit would be the perfect place for me to get motivated again, for me to relieve the daily stress of work and to get in the best shape of my life.
I want to not only look better, but also feel better about my self and the way I look.
I am an iron-man inspired athlete and i would do anything to “GET FIT”

I would love to train at the Umhlanga branch

Canadian duo Neon Dreams are no strangers to the South African music scene. Their 2019 single “Life Without Fantasies” reached the top of the South African viral charts amassing millions of streams in 2021 during the lockdown. The band connected with tens of thousands of fans online which led to their first sold out headline tour. They have continued to cement themselves in the industry here, having toured the country a number of times over the past few years and return in February 2024 to share the stage with Milky Chance in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.

Sean Koch is one of SA’s most-loved indie-folk artists who brings a mixed bag of African and western, influence alongside messages of home, a connection to nature, the ocean and the people around him; to his storytelling, feel-good music. While rooted in his flowing-folk style, his music is diverse. From dance infused songs like ‘Lift You Up’ the standout single from his collection (including the Double MZK & G DOM remix) to the dreamier songs like ‘Feel the Energy’ that carry deeper messages of connection to the natural world and the people that surround us.
