We recently came across Schnooky Pie Baby & Child Boutique owned by a loving mom of a gorgeous girl Mia. We sat down with Jaclyn over a cuppa and spoke about her new online venture; this is what she had to say.
“I launched Schnooky Pie Baby & Child Boutique last year after my husband and I had our first child, a gorgeous baby girl, Mia… you can ask my friends and family how before she was born I started sewing the cutest little outfits for Mia, things that I couldn’t buy or find easily in the shops. Seeing my passion and craft, my friends and family suggested and encouraged me to share my creations with other moms and that is how Schnooky Pie was born… so this is me, just an ordinary mom giving entrepreneurship a try!
Schnooky Pie is growing by the day, and is currently specialising in exclusive handmade baby and toddler clothing. My hope for the future is branching out into children’s clothing and who knows where to after that! I am quite proud to say that all of my products sold are unique as they are made to order and not mass produced. My clients are able to choose their own fabrics and trims, giving them the opportunity to be a part of the creative process and again I stress here that the chances of someone else having the exact same outfit as your little one is fairly slim.”
