Old Mutual Music in the Lake is lighting up the silver screen this Valentines Day, bringing Durban film fanatics the best of Hollywood with the cityβs most magical outdoor movie experience on Saturday, 13 February 2016 at the Durban Botanic Garden
If you loved the box office hit, Love Actually, then you wonβt want to miss out on the opportunity to see it again, in what will be a majestic night under the stars, with live performances by local band, The Subway Run.
Who can forget Hugh Grant showing off his dubious dance moves in the movie in which he plays the role of British Prime Minister, or heartbroken Colin Firth, the frustrated writer, who falls madly in love with his Portuguese housekeeper? Relive these movie memories as you cuddle up with your loved one under the stars.
The evening will kick off with performances by local artists, The Subway Run. The band, whose music has soul, indie, folk and a touch of acoustic influences, is made up of long-time friends, Freddy Lalendle, Celene Ann Adams and Bradley Downs. The tuneful trio have performed in venues across Durban and are currently working on their first EP.

This is the perfect opportunity to have a romantic night with my love Timothy Bouch. After a tough couple of months training hard for the Dusi canoe marathon, an evening of relaxation and Love Actually situated in Durban’s beautiful Botanic Gardens sound incredible and very well deserved.

I would definately take my man Magz and our 1 year old daughter. And make it a family day out. I deserve to win these tickets because we really need this time out as he works away from home and is only back Fridays and gone again come Monday. This movie/picnic is much needed for all 3 of us.

I would take my hubby Adam Vally as we work hectic schedules and hardly spend time together. This would be an amazing way to spend quality time together π

My husband really deserves this treat. I can’t think of any better way for us to celebrate Valentine’s Day and for me to show my appreciation to him for being the dearest and most caring husband in the world!
