GATEWAY IS “ROCKING BACK TO SCHOOL”

Gateway Theatre of Shopping ran a back to school initiative that both celebrated the return to school for the new year, and assisted a non-profit organisation that supports the creation and enhancement of a conducive learning and teaching environment in disadvantaged schools.

As part of this campaign Gateway ran a collection in support of the Adopt-a-School Foundation. “It takes a pencil to write a story, a book to open minds, and a uniform to inspire dreams.” Shoppers assisted by donating school items and toys in support of the Foundation. Donations were handed over to the very grateful Adopt-A-School Foundation and the Ndukwenhle Secondary School in Umlazi on 6 March.

Shoppers that spent R 300 or more at Gateway during this period stood the chance to see One Direction live in Vienna, Austria on 10 June 2015. Selvan Chetty was the grand prize winner. He is very excited to see One Direction and to be able to take his 10 year old daughter to the concert – he is sure it is going to be an experience they will never forget.
