The cutting boards are amazing! My mom loves Imbuia so I would be super lucky to give her the 22cm cake stand. 🙂

Yus, all these things are so sick. My mom doesn’t bake, but I would definitely Bake her a cake and present it on the 30cm cake stand. A coffee table would be awesome too, with one of those square aloe pot plant box pot thingies.

I would sure love to add the mezze board and the traditional serving board for hosting my mums n my high tea party in October. The cake stand I would absolutely love. It would give my home made cakes an even more rustic feel. Pure perfection.

I’m a mom myself and would love to be spoilt with either one of the beautiful cake stands, to go with a delicious chocolate cake on mommys day, as my girls like to call it.
Not to mention those mezze boards.. wow, so nice…another way to spoil mom with some delicious eats and a bottle of red!

The lamps that were on display at the Night Market are my favourite! They’re awesome!
The succulent pot plants are great too for a desk space.
I’d love to win the 22cm cake stand for my mom this mothers day! She would absolutely love it 😀

Oh my word! I would love the mahogany cake stand because my mom and I spend a lot of time baking and don’t have one of these to display our cakes, tarts and pies on. One thing we’d love from the journeyman range is definitely one of his beautiful coffee tables. We would use to set up all of our baked goods for our friends to eat.

This one is easy! I already knew the answer to which item I would love as I had been “stalking” The Journeyman’s Facebook page 🙂
I would love love love one of their gorgeous cutting boards. They are so lovely, and I love the “natural” look of them. (https://www.facebook.com/DeaneTheJourneyman/photos/a.421964467910990.1073741831.418528261587944/580999078674194/?type=1&theater)

OH MY, your work is beautiful. My parents have been in the furniture industry for years and my Dad also used to make furniture, out of cyprus and oak until he was literally blown out of the water with the big boys. I know how proud he was of his furniture and am so lucky and proud to have a few of his pieces like a hall stand, a corner unit, just a few of them, so your work to me has a deeper meaning, its beautiful, huge thumbs up to you and I seriously wish their was more of you around as the junk they sell in the shops today is just JUNK. I would love to win the larger cake stand (30 cm in diameter) as I literally have a cake on my oregon pine dining room table everday, am a little old school (40 year old, old school gal),,,,would love to spoil Mom with those gorgeous plant box for succulents – would you believe it, my Dad made them too, he made them and they where kind of jig-jagged like that game rhumba or I forget the name (if you interested I will get the name of it or the design, sure he will share it with you), but your work is just beautiful as it is.
Thanks for the opportunity to win this stand, its gorgeous.

Wow! I just browsed the JourneyMan’s Facebook page and I am truly overwhelmed at how a simple piece of wood can be transformed into masterpieces! I am also inspired by his artistic flair and that these pieces could become heirlooms as well. I have my eye on the serving board which will be welcome in my home. I adore entertaining friends and family and I can imagine their surprise when they see delicious canapés displayed on such a gorgeous serving board. Ooh la la! Back to these gorgeous cake stands. I adore the larger cake stand simply because my mum has this knack of baking tons of red velvet cupcakes, which she generously donates to her family and the folks at the old age home. Mum is an avid baker and her old trays need to be updated to this gorgeous cake stand which by the way, looks so chic! Mum appreciates the finer things in life and is quite creative in her own way. Gifting her with this gorgeous cake stand, made with love, will be treasured for years to come. If I am lucky enough, this cake stand will be passed on to me in due course:)

Oh wow! some really stunning work! I was recruited by my father to help him build an outside dining table ( 6 months and going strong 0.o ) so i can say that i truly understand the hard work and artistry that goes into these pieces! My mom bakes all the time so I definitely think she would like the 30cm cake stand to showcase her latest creations! One of the other pieces i would get my mom (and i think she’d love it), is the mezze serving board! absolutely stunning!

Wow! Wow! Wow! What an opportunity. In my home, beside my hubby, are three generation women… My mom, myself and my three daughters aged 13, 10 and 7. We do a lot of baking! Especially cakes and cupcakes. I would love to win the larger cake stand and would love to look into getting some shelving! This way of designing and creating sounds amazing! My interest is definitely captured! Awesome, and thanks to Deanne and Durbanite for this opportunity!

For me the lamps are brilliant and could almost be classed as a piece of decorative engineering.
